Are you the country manager that we are looking for in the UK?

To continue our growth and increase our market share, we are looking for a business development manager/country manager in the United Kingdom.

What will your job responsibilities look like?

As business development/country manager, you are responsible for sales and business development in the UK.

This means that you will look for and score new opportunities, maintain the existing accounts and be the single point of contact for the local partners (distributors of our solutions). For the realization of projects, Synguard works exclusively with recognized installation partners. So, no direct sales are made to end customers. We do, of course, search for projects, promote our solutions to the end customers, and assist end customers, etc. The practical implementation will always be done by our partners. Partner management therefore forms a large part of your tasks.

 

In the UK, some contacts and references are already in place to get started. Previously, business development/partner management was handled entirely from Belgium. Thanks to our growth and growth plans, we are now looking for a full-time local, Synguard ambassador.

 

You will often work together with the sales colleagues from Belgium and report directly to the managing director.

How do you get started?

First, you will learn about our hardware and software solutions. You will immediately be taken under the wing of Belgian sales colleagues and receive the necessary internal training from the relevant departments (technical basis, sales & marketing, and product management).

Who are we looking for?

You have at least 5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the access control/security sector

 

  • You are driven and passionate about access management, software, and security
  • You take initiative and responsibility so that this region is in good hands with you
  • You are administratively strong and accurate
  • You are a perfectionist in your work and have an eye for detail
  • You have good technical-commercial skills and a result- and solution-oriented approach
  • You are communicatively strong and have a strong collaborative focus
